We are a group of certified property management professionals with accreditations from the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), the only international certification program designed exclusively for homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives managers. The CMCA recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the fundamental knowledge required to manage community associations. Association homeowners, board members, and management companies seek qualified professionals to manage their communities. CMCA certification gives homeowner and condominium associations confidence that our team has the specialized skills needed to successfully manage properties.

As CEO, I oversee all operations, including accounting, billings, resale documents, team member management, and mergers and acquisitions. As a premier leader in community association management, I strive to take Innovative Management into the next millennium.

Over the past decade, I have established an impressive career in property management, contributing significantly to various capital expenditure programs while maintaining industry-leading customer service. With a focus on optimizing property operations, I have continually improved property conditions and asset values while maintaining an open line of communication with all clients.

Gabriela’s previous experience as an administrative assistant provides Innovative Management with a unique and valuable perspective on software interactions for our employees and clients. She continually improves internal workflows and processes by creating new ways to navigate our infrastructure software and resolve any arising issues.
